The BfV was founded to prevent totalitarian organizations from taking root in Germany, and they observe Scientology alongside other groups as Neo Nazis and Islamic Extremists.

The original German and English versions are available.  The German version (starting on page 210) appears to be more complete than the English version (starting on page 284).
